They are an advocacy organization that offer a “Lawyer Referral Service”. When you call their number, they do a 10-15 minute assessment and then refer to you an appropriate elder law attorney to help with your needs.

The main contact person there is Katie Owens, and she has experience in helping people find assisted living facilities for respite stays and can also assist in finding in-home care. Her services are free of charge.

Jewish Family and Children’s Services

Private pay $150/ hr. Initial assessment lasts 1.5 hrs and includes care plan. CM will check in weekly or monthly depending on needs. There might be a short-term grant, and there is a sliding scale component for low-income Jewish clients.
